The average lead time is 6-10 weeks depending on the item required, the country it is being delivered from and the final destination.
Yes, we can consolidate various items, as needed, and arrange shipping to your required location.
We ask you to pay directly to the suppliers.
We understand that exchanging foreign currency is sometimes a hassle. For your convenience, you can pay us in your local currency and we’ll get the conversions done. However, the invoices will be made in US Dollars or Euros itself.
Since most products are customized as per your requirement, the order cannot be changed once it goes into production. However, if it is a standard product, we can try to help you with the same as much as possible.

Yes. We do have promotions and discounts on certain products from time to time. This information is passed through our weekly newsletters.
Our partner factories are continually being checked for capability, compliance, and certifications by our team and through multiple government databases. Additionally, our in-house quality control team also inspects during production and pre-shipment in accordance with the AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) agreed on.
If assistance is required and requested for installation of any products, an engineer from our end will supervise the process using your workers.
